How to create, manage, and distribute brand kits through the GRANSHAN Portal — ensuring consistent visual identity across all partner touchpoints.
Why Brand Kits Matter
Consistent branding builds recognition and trust. The GRANSHAN Portal centralizes brand assets so every partner, jury member, and collaborator works from the same source of truth.
Anatomy of a Brand Kit
Each kit contains three core components:
Fonts
-
Primary typeface — Used for headings and display text
-
Secondary typeface — Used for body copy and UI elements
-
Fallback stack — System fonts for graceful degradation
Font files are stored in OTF/TTF/WOFF2 formats. Download links and license details are embedded directly in each kit.
Colors
-
Primary palette — Core brand colors (hex, RGB, CMYK values provided)
-
Secondary palette — Complementary and accent colors
-
Semantic tokens — Success, warning, error, and info states
Assets
-
Logos (SVG, PNG at multiple resolutions)
-
Social media templates
-
Presentation backgrounds
-
Print-ready files
Public vs Private Kits
Private kits are visible only to authenticated users with explicit access. Use them for in-progress or partner-exclusive assets.
Public kits are accessible to anyone with the portal link. Ideal for published brand guidelines and downloadable assets.
